Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Service Agent for Holiday Inn Express Fargo I-94. You will greet guests, check in/out, verify reservations, and provide accurate information with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests, verify reservations and payment details.
• Answer phone and in-person inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide local information.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell rooms when appropriate.
• Maintain cash bank and balance at shift end; assist with reservations.
• Keep front desk area clean, organized and welcoming.
