Job summary

Home2 Suites Dupont, Dupont, WA is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and handle reservations with courtesy and efficiency.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready, respond to inquiries, process payments, and promote hotel services and local attractions. Strong communication and computer skills are essential; flexible hours including evenings and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service role.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests during check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process billing transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms and fulfill requests.
• Maintain guest records and assist with reporting.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures.
