Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and manage the hotel’s arrival/check-in experience, fulfilling special requests.
• Engage with guests to uncover expectations and unrealized needs.
• Communicate with hotel departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and issue resolution.
• Promote loyalty programs and offer special rate packages and upgrades when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism consistent with brand and company standards.
