Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in the hotel industry.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours (ADA accommodations available).
• Weekend availability and flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly manner.
• Maintain visibility at the front desk and manage inquiries.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Complete shift checklists and handle billing and payments.
• Manage reservations and room availability, answer calls.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and requests.
