Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, answer calls, and handle requests in accordance with hotel policies.

Responsibilities include processing registrations, verifying guest information, coordinating with housekeeping, and delivering exceptional guest service at all times. Prior hotel front desk experience and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar position in a hotel.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and etiquette.
• Process all guest registrations and input information into the system.
• Coordinate with Bell Person for guest escort and luggage transport.
• Handle wake-up calls and distribute guest faxes as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive guest relations.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments and ensure room status accuracy with Housekeeping.
