Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in the United States seek a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, clean and stock areas, process payments accurately, and prepare and serve food. You will support travelers in a fast-paced plaza setting and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and accuracy.

The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers).
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process and receive payment, and follow all cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Complete kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
