Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area, services, attractions, and events is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Work well under pressure with multiple arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-out guests in a professional manner.
• Operate PBX and handle mail and messages for guests.
• Provide outstanding service and build guest relationships to encourage return visits.
• Review arrivals and special requests; manage room blocking and VIPs as needed.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet.
