Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for our Dallas store to welcome customers, assist with shopping needs, and promote digital services like Drive Up and order pickup. You will engage guests, explain promos, and help enroll them in loyalty programs to enhance their shopping experience.

You will use handheld scanners and store tech, adapt to busy periods, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, inviting store environment while delivering exceptional service.
