Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and explain promos and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Help guests use Target App features and participate in order pickup and drive-up services.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during shifts.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and comply with company procedures.
