Job summary

Target in Dallas is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guest needs and provide a welcoming store experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and use the Target app and Wallet while assisting with orders and services.

We look for people who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can commit to picking up shifts regularly. Training will be provided to learn loyalty programs and store services.

Qualifications

• Interacting with guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Customer service mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience while performing daily tasks.
• Assist guests with questions, needs, and problem-solving to improve their experience.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, following safety standards.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and other services to guests.
• Operate the Target app and wallet features to help guests navigate orders and apps.
