Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities.
• Know and explain store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Help guests use the Target App for Wallet, pickup, and drive-up features.
• Assist with returns and support with policies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with stocking.
