Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Huntsville, AL is hiring for a Winner’s Circle team member. You’ll greet Guests with enthusiasm, guide them through the Midway experience, and help with multiple job functions in a fast-paced, fun environment.

We value strong communication, a team-first attitude, and the ability to balance guest needs with game and merchandise requests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and inventory control. Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to greet Guests with enthusiasm and assist with requests.
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests leaving and ensures satisfaction before inviting them to return.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative climate.
