Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Winner’s Circle team member to greet Guests and guide them through their Midway experience. You will deliver an outstanding Guest experience by coordinating the best mix of food, drinks and games in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll work days, nights and weekends as required, assist Guests with questions, manage wait times, and help keep displays stocked and merchandise secure while maintaining a clean, welcoming area.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action.
• Provides timely service while managing wait times for Guests and Team Members.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Assists Guests with requests and answers questions as needed.
• Notifies Manager of unhappy Guests and helps resolve issues.
• Maintains merchandise inventory and displays.
• Ensures areas are clean, stocked and welcoming.
