Job summary

Global Partners is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Maine to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet customers, process transactions, and ensure products are well-stocked while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Role requires flexibility for various shifts, basic computer use, and reliable transportation. You will also assist with vendor check-ins and merchandising projects to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
