Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top notch guest experience and handle routine store-level tasks. The role includes greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining cash levels, and keeping the store clean and stocked.

Flexible scheduling is required, with work across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer use and have reliable transportation to support daily operations in Maine.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, store areas).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all store areas including selling floor, stock, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and coordinate with vendors.
