Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create a top-notch guest experience while ensuring all store tasks are completed efficiently. The role supports safety, security, and quality policies and engages with guests to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. and access all areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to in-stock levels.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors; conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising tasks.
