Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

This role requires flexibility across days, nights, and weekends, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outside, cooler).
• Capable of climbing ladders and stairs, reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Onboarding and training support for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate store policies, procedures, and POS system following corporate standards.
• Perform housekeeping and replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines; conduct inventory projects as directed.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
