Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. The role focuses on greeting customers, operating the POS, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and collaborating with management to meet guest needs.

We offer involvement in safety, security and quality procedures, with opportunities to support vendor coordination and merchandising projects. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks including cleaning and waste.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management regarding guest requests.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.

Responsibilities
