Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to greet guests and ensure a smooth shopping experience while performing store-level tasks. The role involves POS operations, cash handling, and maintaining store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays is required. You must have reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and be able to access all store areas. We emphasize safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
