Job summary

Global Partners LP welcomes a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experiences and uphold store standards in Massachusetts. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and maintain clean, stocked spaces while collaborating with management and vendors.

Flexibility is key—including days, nights, weekends, or holidays—with basic computer use and reliable transportation. You may assist with safety and onboarding tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform housekeeping and replenishment to keep stock in place.
• Communicate guest requests to store management and vendors.
• Count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping, replenish products, and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines; conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management; minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
