Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and assist with store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, handle cash and maintain in-store inventories, while following safety and security policies.

The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation and ability to work in varying temperatures. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality guest service.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS systems and in-store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
