Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experience and manage store-level tasks. You greet guests, assist shoppers, and ensure safety, security, quality, and operations policies are followed.

The role involves operating the POS, maintaining cash and in-store standards, stocking shelves, stocking, communicating guest requests, and assisting with vendor check-ins, gas tank inventory, and merchandising projects. Flexible hours and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs) and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash/totals.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Check in vendors and conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
