My Place Hotels in Carson City, NV is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the central contact for guests from reservation to check-out, delivering friendly, efficient service that enhances every stay.

You will handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations and charges, assist with guest questions about local attractions, and support front desk operations with accuracy and courtesy, while enjoying growth opportunities and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Welcome and greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and record charges for rooms, taxes, and purchases.
• Guest Assistance: Provide local information and address guest concerns professionally.
• Telephone Management: Operate the phone system, take messages, and manage wake-up calls.
• Financial Transactions: Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions accurately.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records, Night Audit Checklist, and front desk logs; report issues to GM.
• Safety & Security: Follow protocols, patrol floors, check doors, and ensure lighting is functioning.
• Loyalty Program Promotion: Promote Stay Rewarded to enhance guest loyalty.
• Cleaning: Assist with cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and keeping entrances sidewalks clear.
• Support Services: Deliver guest supplies and manage keys for staff; assist housekeeping as needed.
