Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, build rapport, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. You will prepare items, operate the register, manage payments, and support fuel/gift card activations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, made-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Keep stores well-stocked and shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
