Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude, contributing to a brand that prioritizes people, integrity, and daily positivity.

The role includes preparing food items, operating the register, handling payments, and assisting with lottery and ID verification. You’ll help keep the store well-stocked, clean, and welcoming while delivering excellent service.

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, shelves are fresh, full, and inviting, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
