Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, building a friendly, reliable experience. CSAs will prepare items, operate the register, and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and inviting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, high-quality service, and adherence to store policies. The position includes flexible scheduling, with a salary range shown for hourly pay and shift differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items such as breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register; handle payments; activate fuel and gift cards; assist with lottery and age-restricted ID verification.
Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
Complete housekeeping duties: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash, and more.
