Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to be the friendly face greeting and serving customers. You will help deliver a welcoming brand experience by assisting with meals, beverages, and quick-service items while ensuring cleanliness and safety.

You will operate the register, manage payments, and support age-restricted transactions. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
