Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain current promos and illustrate how to use Target App features including Wallet.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely, supporting other team members as needed.
• Handle returns or exchanges following Target policies and guide guests through solutions.
