Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide an easy, inspiring shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and resolve issues while maintaining a welcoming environment. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced store setting.

You will promote Target loyalty programs, explain app benefits, and help guests use Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and other services. Training will cover policies, safety, and guest-first service principles.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests using positive language and actively listening to needs.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and service.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate multiple devices (scanners, handhelds) and move between tasks.
