Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking aGuest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while supporting store operations in North Haven, CT. The role involves greeting guests, POS transactions, inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

The successful candidate will work flexible hours, have basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The pay range is $16.94–$19.94 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and reading/writing for paperwork.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash/totals.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA-approved knives.
