Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product to the sales floor.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness; follow equipment guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards as needed.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, OPU, Drive-up, and compliance with laws.
