Job summary

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and with a team to complete tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and occasionally more.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and reflect appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption.
• Keep sales floor full, zoned and in stock across departments.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product on the floor.
• Maintain price signage and conduct weekly price changes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through scans and system audits.
• Support major transitions and brand standards in-store.
• Follow safety policies and comply with regulations.
• All other duties as needed by business.
