Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations in Texas. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and ensure a clean, stocked environment.

The role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, coolers, etc.).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.
• N/A

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
