Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash levels, and keep the store clean and stocked.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts and reliable transportation. You will also assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with ability to greet guests and provide a helpful shopping experience.
• Basic computer skills for POS and store systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain correct cash/ticket levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products.
• Communicate guest needs to management and assist vendors as needed.
• Support new hire onboarding and training where required.
