Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash controls, and keep shelves stocked while adhering to safety and policy standards.

Flexibility is required to work days, nights, weekends, or holidays. Valid transportation, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are necessary to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, outdoors or in cooler environments.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards and maintain cash and lottery/tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests to store management and check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
