Zusammenfassung

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while supporting store operations. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, access all areas of the store, and perform basic computer tasks. Training and onboarding assistance will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
