Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, ensure cash controls, and maintain clean, stocked aisles while collaborating with management and vendors.

Flexibility is required for varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork to support our customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
