Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet customers, operate the POS, manage cash and keep the store clean, stocked, and compliant with safety policies.

Flexible hours may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. OSHA knife policy applies where applicable.

• Greet guests and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Handle basic computer functions and POS tasks.
• Maintain cash and other transaction responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenishment to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management; check in vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
