Job summary

RMHC Bay Area is seeking a Guest Services Associate to manage the Ronald McDonald House operations in Oakland. You will help create a welcoming, safe environment for families, staff and volunteers, oversee check-ins, log maintenance, and guide volunteers throughout shifts.

The role includes coordinating meals, distributing resources, answering calls, and ensuring all family needs are met with compassion in a semi-medical, family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• 1 year of customer services experience required.
• Spanish-speaking, required.
• Compassionate and attentive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families, guests and staff, ensuring smooth shift handoffs.
