Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area in Oakland seeks a Guest Services Associate to help run the Oakland house operations on shift, welcome families, and maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere for families and staff. This role requires compassionate guest service, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with volunteers and staff.

The GSA handles front desk duties, logs requests, assists with meals and supplies, and supports the family care team in daily operations and emergency

Formación

• Spanish-speaking is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist families; manage front desk and volunteer coordination.
• Respond to family questions and emergencies with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming communal living environment for families.
• Coordinate with staff to relay information and connect guests with appropriate services.
• Log maintenance requests and manage guest check-in/check-out processes.
• Support meal programs, donations, and supplies distribution as needed.
