Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• Knowledge of Hilton Systems (ONQ/PEP) preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escorts VIPs to rooms and checks them in.
• Answers phones within three rings and directs inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash and balance bank at shift start/end; report shortages/overages.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow data procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and collect IDs/payments.
• Address guest needs promptly and perform other duties as assigned.
