Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team in Evanston. The position emphasizes hospitality, guest relations, and professional check-in procedures with a focus on exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk Operations.
• Knowledge of Hilton Systems (ONQ/PEP) Preferred.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift; report all cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data with proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
