Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for a part-time role at our front desk. The position focuses on hospitality excellence, guest relations, and efficient service within a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Front Desk experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. SHG offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer calls within three rings and route questions accordingly.
• Count cash and handle bank according to cash handling procedures; report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data and follow check-in/check-out procedures.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
