Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide personal recognition
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries
• Maintain cash handling procedures and balance bank at shift start/end
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Support lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII data according to procedures
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes and identify documents and payment forms
• Other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
