Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to elevate guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, maintain POS accuracy, and help keep shelves stocked while following safety and security policies.

The role requires adaptability to day/evening shifts, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Interactions with management and vendors are common.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality guest service in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Understand store safety, security and housekeeping procedures.
• Effective communication with guests, vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and ensure in-stock conditions by replenishing products.
• Coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Safely perform tasks and adhere to shop policies; assist with other duties.
