Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments while delivering friendly service.

You’ll work in a welcoming, inclusive environment that values your skills, handle omnichannel support, POS transactions, restock, and promote promotions and the brand loyalty program, all while keeping the store safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
