Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside in Independence, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, register them, process payments and close out accounts, while ensuring a warm, efficient stay in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with guests and team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and check them in/out.
• Input guest information, process payments, and balance a house bank as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages or requests to the appropriate team.
• Resolve guest issues or escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
