Excel Fitness in Tyler, TX is looking for a part-time Team Member to help keep the club clean, welcoming, and well‑run. You will assist members with the Planet Fitness app and merchandise, perform routine tasks, and support management in delivering excellent service.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, effective communication, and teamwork, with shifts including evenings and weekends as needed. Must be 16+; CPR/AED training will be provided if needed.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• CPR and AED certification will be provided if not already.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication with members and staff.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Ability to think critically and resolve issues proactively.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
