Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment.

You will operate the POS system, manage cash and comply with safety and quality standards while collaborating with management to meet guest needs and keep inventories in line with store guidelines.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures outdoors or in coolers.
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and access all store areas.
• Capable of count, read and write for paperwork and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors as required.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
