Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, maintain clean and stocked areas, and assist management with vendor interactions and inventories.

The role requires flexibility in hours and the ability to work in varied environments. The position emphasizes safety, customer care, and teamwork; you will contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere while adapting to daily tasks

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler).
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register.
• Accurate counting, reading and writing for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks and replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
